  1. Great post, a couple of things I would add would be to not to try and find someone to date again too quickly, I mean have fun and go on dates if you are having fun but don’t look for someone to settle down with. Also listen to music, music can help you in so many ways. But make sure its music you can dance to not your special song that reminds you of them. Thank you.

    • Emily, agreed completely about not dating so soon. i got dumped and a day later was filling out an online profile. I realized my intentions were not right and that I was so angry that I was looking for a man to use to make my ex jealous. Not only wouldn’t he care but I would hurt someone completely innocent.

  2. What I did when I got my heart broken the many times it did was concentrate on myself. I bought things I wanted, I worked out more often, I did what I wanted. It did help me plus it made me less angry.

  3. These are good advice. I am quite a sensitive person so I easily get my hear broken but I want to channel that broken heart to something positive and productive. 🙂 Thanks for sharing this.
