These posts are meant to lead you be your most empowered self and help you overcome those things that are holding you back from reaching your goals. Some of this might resonate with you, or not, and I’m not here to judge anyone or their actions, only to give you something to think about.

Empowerment starts within you. It’s already there inside you. If it isn’t obvious to you and it’s buried deep inside you can dig it out. Sometimes life kicks us down, it takes away our power, it defeats us and deflates us. BUT I am here to tell you that you CAN get it back. You CAN live an empowered life. It really IS there within you. Believe it!

Finding empowerment within yourself takes work, I won’t lie, but it will be worth it when you are standing on the pinnacle and not in the trenches. Each step will be worth it. Each challenge will be worth it. Each difficult moment will be worth it. We are our own worst enemies sometimes and we need to stop self-sabotaging and start self-empowering. No one is perfect, we all make mistakes but we deserve better than to re-live them on repeat over and over again. Instead I challenge you to have a self-empowerment loop, that, my friends starts by taking the first step to living your best life.
